The fight against plastic waste
Environmental pollution from plastic waste is a major threat to the ecosystem of the Sundarbans, one of the world’s largest mangrove forests in the Ganges delta.
Together we are setting up collection and processing systems for waste. This is our contribution against waste pollution and for a clean environment.
We are committed to improving the working conditions and income opportunities of (informal) waste workers.
The establishment of social enterprises strengthens local structures and can have a sustainable impact.
